Collection of Information

Nuvasa Bay gathers information on visitors in the following areas: the date and time of access to nuvasabay.com, the referring Internet Protocol (IP) address, and other aggregate or generic information on the website statistics, e.g. what web pages customers access or visit, etc.

Nuvasa Bay also collects and stores a variety of information that our visitors voluntarily submit via the input forms, email, or chat within nuvasabay.com, such as an information-requests, surveys, and/or site registrations.

Use of Information

Nuvasa Bay uses the information for internal purposes, including to measure various statistics of nuvasabay.com in order to improve its quality and user experience.

Information collected through opt-in and voluntary submissions are used to support the Nuvasa Bay internal analysis/reports and to better understand customer interestsandprovide appropriate feedback and services to the requestor, such as marketing/product information, regular subscribed reports, employment opportunities information, etc.

Nuvasa Bay reserves the right to use third party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. These third-party advertising companies may employ cookies and various other technologies such as web beacon technology to measure and improve the effectiveness of ads for their clients. Cookies are bits of electronic information that can be transferred to your computer or other electronic device to uniquely identify your browser. When you use our website, we and our partners may place one or more cookies on your computer or other electronic device or use other technologies that provide similar functionality.To do so, these companies may use anonymous information about your visits to our website and other websites. This information may include: date/time of banner ad shown, their cookie, and the first three octets of the IP address. They do not collect personally identifying information (PII). Changes to this Privacy Policy

Please note that this privacy policy may be amended as required from time to time at our sole and absolute discretion. We will provide notice of material changes to the privacy policy either by posting a notice on our website or by some other reasonable method.​

Data Deletion and Deactivation Policy

If you login directly from social media or website Nuvasa Bay, Nuvasa Bay acts as data controller. In this case, we will deactivate your data upon request (via email to [email protected]), upon closure of your account.

A user of the Nuvasa Bay Online Account, acting on behalf of their organization, can deactivate data from their Interplace system whenever they wish. This data is deactivated from the system immediately and you cannot login to Nuvasa Bay Website anymore. Data which has been deactivated, may still remain in the systems back up files and will be not used for any campaigns. Sufficient warning is given to the account administrator before data are permanently deactivated.

Data may still remain in the systems back-up files, which may be deleted periodically.

Information may be deactivated from our CRM tools upon request to [email protected]. We undertake to perform the deactivation within one month (30 calendar days) and will send you a confirmation once the information has been deactivated. Wherever possible, we will aim to complete the request in advance of the deadline.
